EpiQuest program has been developed by the Bioinformatics Division of Aptum Biologics Ltd, a company established in UK in 2012.
Besides Bioinformatics, the company's divisions are focused on epitope recovery tools and reagents for histochemistry and cell biology, development of novel adjuvants (IMPs® - immunomodulating peptides), and peptide aptamers (SIPs®) blocking interaction of target molecules.
People
The core algorithms of the EpiQuest software were developed by Dr. Sergey V. Litvinov, PhD, Founder of Aptum Biologics Ltd. Dr. Litvinov is known for his former work in the field of cell biology, immunology and epithelial differentiation, author of over 70 articles, including fundamental publications in J. Cell Biology, has close to 7000 citations of his work.
